We only use Natural ingredients in all our products, highly recommended if you suffer from sensitive skin and not being able to use any fragrance. We do recommend all first-time users to read the labeled ingredients just to be safe of any known reactions you may have. Otherwise, you will not be disappointed.

Shipping:
After I place my order, when will my order ship?
All orders are handmade, and hand poured in small batches to ensure maximum quality. With that, orders have a 3-7 business day processing time upon receipt of order and 15-30 business days on wholesale orders. Because all wholesale orders are made to order, they are non-refundable. Shipping method applies after order has shipped. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
I've mailed my package to the wrong address! Can you send a replacement?
It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.
The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
